Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing, or forest therapy, also known as Shinrin-Yoku, is an ancient Japanese practice of establishing deep bonds with nature through mindful breathing.

At Ida Blue, this experience comes to life with guided walks, breathing exercises, and moments of silence in the oxygen-filled forests of the Ida Mountains.
